I don't market myself as a beach photographer.
It's not that I don't love the beach, the beautiful sunsets, and the airy nature of it all...
because I do.
It's really just logistics. I live an hour away, and most of my clients prefer a woodsy, country scene.
So I don't really get a lot of beach inquiries, and I don't have a lot of beach sessions to showcase. It's sort of a vicious circle.
And then this happens.
I'm handed this GORGEOUS couple, radiating with joy, living in the pure bliss of their exciting decision... to spend the rest of their lives together. And all of this is taking place on.the.beach.
So yeah... worth the one hour trip, and then some.
Brannon and Abby made this so easy. He asked her. She said yes. Then they just basically sat around being themselves, looking adorable. The only thing "off" about this whole situation was the creeper with the Nikon, all up in their faces while they enjoyed their afternoon at the beach.
But seriously, I'm pretty sure Abby was happy about the fact that all of this was frozen in time...even if I was crashing the party. I certainly hope she enjoys these images as much as I do.
And hey... who says I'm not a beach photographer after all? ;)
