Downtown Pensacola----->> #swoon
This is his "take the picture so we can have some fun mom" look
Wow. Just wow.
I've lived in this area my whole life. I've been to downtown Pensacola plenty of times.
Today (after being stuck inside after three days of rain) my little family ventured to downtown Pensacola to visit the Children's Museum. We had a blast. Lucas was in heaven. If you've never been I highly suggest that you make plans to go.
Nick and I were discussing on the way home that there is so much to do in our area that we've never taken advantage of. Parenthood has definitely opened our eyes to all that is available close to home. Our little field trip today cost a whopping $12. Adults are $6 each and children under three are free... $3 per kid if that doesn't apply to you.
Aside from just enjoying our family time and getting some much needed fresh air, I really took the time to scope out the area from a photographer's point of view. Living in Jay, I don't advertise Pensacola shoots because I don't do them very often. Beach portraits aren't really my thing but I've done them before and I'm more than happy to do them again.
I'm a sucker for country scenery, fence rows, rustic paths & walkways, greenery, and old buildings. I never really thought of downtown Pensacola as having all of that. Today I realized that it does and it's oh so beautiful. I have never taken portraits in downtown Pensacola for anyone. After today's visit I am eager to go back and check that off my list!
I typically charge a $50 travel fee for anything that far out. After all, it is a two hour round trip for me! But, if this sounds like the perfect location for your next session I've got good news------> I am waiving the $50 travel fee for anyone who books a downtown Pensacola shoot through the end of February!
How dreamy would this be for a senior shoot?
A couple of lovebirds with some old school bicycles?
A family playing on the lawn in front of a historical building?
If this sounds as perfect to you as it does to me, let's talk.
Lucas looking soooo little next to those big ole' doors Can we go back to the train now?
I love it!!! great pics!!!!
